VP Marketing

Swapp is on a mission to redefine architectural planning by using cutting edge algorithms and data-driven decision making.

As VP Marketing, you will join the management team and get involved in one of the most fascinating companies in the prop-tech field.

The ideal candidate will partner tightly with the company's CEO

and will be:

  • US-based. preferably in NYC, with prior experience in B2B marketing and sales responsibilities.

  • In charge of building a base of customers, growing it and refining the right segment to the company's offering. 

  • Responsible for increasing revenue and profits; driving engagement and retention.

  • Directly responsible for lead generation and sales enablement.

  • Build the company's funnels and go-to-market machine.

  • Live and breathe Data-driven methods. expert in quantitative tasks and marketing tools, in particular at customer acquisition strategies, account-based marketing and more.

  • Drive customer growth, awareness, and monetization. 

  • Initiate strategic partnerships and opportunities with a clear path to closing a deal.

  • Prior knowledge in the real estate market - advantage
