Regional Sales Manager North America

What are we looking for
Swapp is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager -  North America, with a hunter mentality and a winning mindset to drive new sales across North America directly and via channels.

What You'll Do
  • Identify, initiate, and nurture business relationships with real-estate developers and architecture firms across  North America

  • Generate new sales opportunities (hunting)

  • Primarily focus on real-estate developers and architects

  • Build and maintain relationships with key prospects, decision-makers and channel partners

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to convey the customer’s needs.

  • Lead sales activities from initial contact until sale closure

  • Represent Swapp at conferences and industry events

  • Work closely with team members including architects, designers, program managers, pre-sales, and solution architects

  • Ability to travel in the region as needed

  • Full hands-on position

The Ideal Candidate will have
  • 5-8 years of proven experience with quota selling

  • Preferably from the architecture, planning & design software space

  • Proven track record of closing new sales ($500k and above)

  • Experience in growing sustainable revenues within a customer base

  • Successful track record of sales with large, complex customers particularly in the developers, brokers, and architecture firms across North America

  • Proven track record in building relationships, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating at the senior level

  • Capable of engaging in business and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization

  • Established network within one (or more) of the above-mentioned industries

  • Experience in selling architectural & design services using disruptive software via channels and partners – Advantage

  • Fluent English speaker and other languages - Advantage

  • A self-starter who is highly motivated and driven to succeed

Our offices are located in Tel Aviv, near Azrieli. Remote work is also acceptable.
