Product Manager

We are seeking a professional and experienced product manager to join our multidisciplinary product team. 


As a Product Manager, you will take an active role in our product department. You will develop the requirements, define the settings, and implementation of Swapp's product features. In addition,  you will also be required to work with a team of architects, UX and UI designers.


This position requires experience in building user-facing web products. The ideal candidate needs to know how to translate customer needs into a great user experience, transforming complex technology into accessible products. The ideal candidate should have excellent management skills, as well as experience in managing complex products with cross-functional technical and operational teams. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development process of Swapp's products, and provide product solutions and guidance to the product team.

  • Ensure that all product features are delivered on time with the content and quality that were envisioned and committed.

  • Communicate the team's goals, vision and progress with other stakeholders in the company and vice versa. 

  • Take full responsibility and ownership of your product, all the way from inception to production. This means owning the product life cycle which includes coming up with ideas, research and product definition through specs and wireframes.

  • Work closely with top-notch pros in UX, Dev and Marketing to take your product to market.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience

 

  • An experienced Product Manager with 4+ years of experience.

  • Strong visual aptitude - and capability to quickly define user workflows and sketching wireframes.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Detailed, mission-oriented personality with the ability to see the bigger picture of the product lifecycle, and make decisions accordingly.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to interface and collaborate with multiple teams, from different backgrounds and functions.

  • Very good written and verbal English communication skills required.

 
Advantages :

 

  • AEC Industry (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) background or knowledge.

  • Experience with 3D UX/UI systems.

  • Strong technical background, Experience in design tools, Figma, and web-systems design.
