SWAPP is looking to expand into the Lone Star State. We are seeking a multi-talented Senior Architect to join our team and lead our efforts in Texas.
The successful candidate will work with the international SWAPP team, applying our advanced technologies and people to lead a myriad of local projects from concept through completion. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a go-getter sales and support attitude, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated proficiency in team-building and organization.
The successful candidate will be the chief focal point of each local project from start to finish as s/he builds a leading architect practice.

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 10 years experience in Multi-Family and Commercial development projects

US citizenship or permanent residency

Bachelor of Architecture/ Masters Degree of Architecture from an accredited school

Current Architect license

Experience working with construction documents and a strong understanding of feasibility studies, construction practices, interior and exterior detailing, and more

Multi-tasker who can work productively with a project team or individually, tracking and prioritizing complex projects through all phases

Good communicator with co-workers, clients, and consultants

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, resourceful, and able to achieve deadlines
