As a hands-on tech lead ​

you will Own delivery of challenging features from design to production, turning yesterday's "impossible" into tomorrow's "automatic".

Mentor other team members via code reviews and training sessions, helping computational engineers and architects become software craftsmen.

Continuously find improvement opportunities for the team, making our time together more fun, productive and meaningful.
Responsibilities ​

Have 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 in the .Net environment

Have a deep understanding of the .Net framework, including internals and advanced tooling (Ildasm / ILSpy etc) Are a people person that takes pride in the professional growth of those around you
