Admin & Personal Assistant - Part Time

Overview

SWAPP, one of Israel's leading contech startups, backed by Entrée capital and Point 72 ventures is revolutionizing architectural design. For decades, the design and planning process has been taking design professionals close to a year and sometimes even more to bring to completion. 

Swapp is on a mission to convert this planning process into an efficient, creative and elegant experience by using advanced AI powered algorithms and big data capabilities.

We are looking for a personal assistant, who will work closely with the company's CEO and Co-Founder.

This position is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of energy, outstanding communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships, while seeing the big picture of what needs to be done. 

What You'll Do
  • Oversee meeting coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage daily schedule operations.

  • Take ownership of the company's administrative tasks.

  • Take part in various types of projects when necessary.  

  • Proofread emails, newsletters, reports, and other types of documents when applicable.

  • Help produce executive summaries and reports to present the company's progress.

  • Conduct market research on a number of different topics on a regular basis.  

Qualifications and Skills
  • Fluent English - high level of verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work with spreadsheets and presentation tools.

  • Great Communication Skills - both in verbal and in written communication.

  • Time Management Skills - you will need to oversee a large number of tasks, which will require allocating your time accordingly.

Our offices are located in Tel Aviv, near Azrieli. Remote work is also acceptable.
